At Knightwood we’ve been there and learned the hard way. Having an idea is great, but there are a lot of steps involved before you’re selling it to the public or shopping for a Porsche.

We work with factories all over the world, but have worked hardest on cultivating fantastic relationships with factories out east. Once we understand your product and your requirements, we get to work finding the best factory for the job, handling each step of the operation as if it was our own product.

There are many metrics that factor into this but quality, price and communication are key. Initial sampling and prototyping is essential, and we work directly with you to ensure that everything from fit, finish and colour through to unit pricing and even packaging are perfect before that first order is placed.

We know that business growth doesn’t happen overnight, and that’s what excites us most. We want to get in with you at the ground level and help your business scale and grow as big as you want it to, available on hand at all times to offer advice, introductions and support in more than just factory sourcing.

We do not charge an upfront fee.

Rather than charging a retainer or ‘consultation fee’, we instead charge a 3-15% fee on each purchase order placed, diminishing with scale and different for every project depending on complexity. This model works best because we’re able to get cheaper pricing from our factory partners than you would on your own, meaning even with our fee we’ll be saving you money!
